Every lemon in our grove is checked for quality, but if you happen to get a "sour" one (a manufacturing defect), we offer a 1-year replacement warranty. Just reach out to our friendly support team!

This is a very common question! Only use water-based lubricants. Silicone-based lubes can actually damage the silicone material of the toy over time.
